Adaptation





I haven't felt well on monday since I was a student.It seem that this feeling doesn't only belong to me.When you get up early at the beginning of new week, you will absolutely not make effort to see a lot of sullen faces.

Of course, people are never expected to get a grin face on monday.Instead of working, Mankind is liable to ly on the bed . At least, I feel like sleeping all day if we mention about monday's morning.You are not able to guess how sweet a bit of sleeping time is if you know that you have to wake up in the morning.It prove me that there is an adaptation problem to start a new week and working time.Even a few days on the weekend make my metabolism slow down so that I can keep away from the bustling and stressful life.For this reason, being able to adapt myself to new week seem so diffucult.If I said I had got a massive depression on monday , you would say me I exaggareted this issue.Is there anybody who can easly spend the time on monday.The answer must be ' yes ' if you also spend ur weekend appropriately.Excuse me, my last sentence practicaly doesn't take place at weekend.First of all, I have to go out of the routine working day if I want to feel that weekend is a holiday to rest.In fact , when the week come to the end, I need forgeting all of working life and making fun as well.It is also ironic that this necessity cause my body tired in different way. So, we come to the classical truth again that the egg exit from the hen or the hen exit from the egg.
Nowdays, I have beeen so tired because of the fact that I am getting older.Maybe , it will be good if I change my resting and entertaintment style. As keeping same rule in everything,I should take a blanced way but avoid the extreme things.However,There are an enourmous number of paremeters playing our own life even if you pay attention to how you should live.In Turkiye, we faced one of them on Sunday .It is anounced in all of tv channels and radios that we will pass summer time.Oh my Goodness, while I am not able to deal with the adaptation of new week, an extra trouble will occur in my all next week.What we have to do is that we will change our clock to add one hour.Occording to authorities,owing to this change , we will save more energy and also use more daylight in the summer. For instance , adding one hour means that when it is 7 o'clock at the previous winter time, it shows 8 o'clock. I am quite sure that you can easly guess how it is diffucult when we get up in the morning at new time system.Because , not only does watchs affect the time but also body's time.Althought we are not conscious of the fact that everything is related with body's time in our life , we will do most of things one hour before.At least , in my country, we will get up or go to the bed early untill we are accustomed to live a life in the new time system.

I dont know how much time it can last for adaptation.what I know is that there is no any means instead of obeying government's rules. The mixture of both the beginning of week and the adaptation of new time system realy gave me a wonderful monday at this week.To protect myself against insomnia and headache problem, I shoud focus on the clock in harmony with biological body's time.
